June 15th and the carcasherdotcom seocontest competition is half way to the next checkpoint and the tension is raising. We have seen many changes during the first 6 monthes of the competition and now we are just about to meet the next winner of the July checkpoint.

Not just your ordinary SEO contest this is carcasher action with many participants who want to win the big prizes offered by carcasherdotcom seocontest.

So what is waiting just around the corner? well, only god, google, yahoo and msn knows :) well, maybe even they don't but we sure will find out in 15 days searching for "carcasherdotcom seocontest".

What about us? well ranked 5 in yahoo for the past hmmm...well 4 monthes now. Google thinks we're more of 60th and MSN sees us as top 40 and that's probably because of our cool MSN hosted carcasherdotcom seocontest blog :) so yeah we're still in guys and we want the gold! first place in all of them for the next checkpoint... am i just dreaming? well SEO can do wonder we just need some optimization.

Yep, it's that time of the month, 1st of june and we reached the monthly checkpoint for the carcasherdotcom seocontest competition.

Did we win? well, the answer for this question is no. however we appear in the top 100 of all the relevant SEs (Google, MSN, Yahoo).

What's next, July checkpoint is near and as the carcasherdotcom seocontest continues we are begining to see the future winners of the contest (i should say BIG winners).

So here we are, 12 days before the next checkpoint of the carcasherdotcom seocontest and nobody knows who will actually win this checkpoint.

Nothing was changed actually, we are almost there in Yahoo and we do appear in Google but not so close and MSN...well the only thing we have to do with MSN is this space.

One of the goals of this contest is to raise the carcasherc dot com website SERP so i ran a little check regarding the current positions of this website in MSN Yahoo and Google and here are the results.

MSN: #40
Yahoo: #32

Bare in mind that this keyword is very popular and hard to squeeze in especially for new websites. And then again that's the all porpuse of this contest now is it.

Hi,

Lately i am getting the feeling that someone is messing around with the search engines alogarithm on a daily basis. As funny as it sounds i noticed a daily change searching for "carcasherdotcom seocontest" on the different search engines.
Sometimes you're up and sometimes you're down as if somebody is giving all of us an equal chance of winning this contest .

Well, there's still a long way to go until the final checkpoint of the carcasherdotcom seocontest but this blog is still standing. Especially in Yahoo where it's changing from the 2nd position to the 4th position. Unlike Google who doesn't like us but we're still there at the first 30 positions yet never managed to get to be on the top 10 spot there.

MSN doesn't like us as well other than giving us the opportunity of using this great blog *hint* *hint* it's leaving us far behind the rest. I'm not even sure we're at the first 100. Well we're not really sploging for it but still it would be nice to be seen somewhere at the first 100 .

Hoping for the best i will keep updating this space - maybe next time i will catch up with the 1st place.

That's right! The May checkpoint of the carcasherdotcom seocontest is only 4 days away and to be honest we are eager to see who will take it this time.

Currently we appear in the number 4 spot for "carcasherdotcom seocontest" in the Yahoo search engine and we are nowhere to appear on the other search engines.

We are not investing too much time on updating and we don't have thousands of pages that participate in the contest - carcasherdotcom seocontest is the only website we have.

Well we don't really have it as it's in the courtesy of MSN (Microsoft) but that's part of the fun of participating in a prize giving contest without actually spending money for it.

As the contest continues i've decided to give it a little update. Our little addition to the contest got itself a PR5 and one can only be jealous of it (PR = Google Page Rank, In case you don't know).

We are still online although not very visible in the search engines, actually it has come to my attention that the MSN spaces servers tend to have crowded hours where you can only hope the servers won't crash and the google,yahoo, MSN bots can pay it a visit.

Just a little reminder we won the 1st Yahoo checkpoint for the "carcasherdotcom seocontest" and received the prize money of $200 for it.

We were also participating in the CPayscom online casinos contest but i guess there are plenty of skilled webmasters who are much better than us in SEO and got the time (which unfortunately we don't).

So i was wondering who will be the next checkpoint winner of the carcahserdotcom seocontest SEO contest - I guess we'll just have to wait and see - and until then - good luck to all!

I'm doing my best in doing nothing :) I've seen some nice ideas for the carcasherdotcom seocontest contest, very original it's really cool to see some fake stories or weird meaningless sentences just to rank higher for SEO sake.

I have checked the rank for the keyword "used cars" in the different search engines and noticed that MSN was affected most by the carcasherdotcom seocontest contest.

I believe it was page 8 in MSN and i am sure that by the end of the competition it will rank among the top 10 even though its a tough keyword.
